Pet project: a renovation company with no site or client portal loses leads, and clients keep asking "what stage is my renovation at," tying up the foreman with calls.
What's implemented
- Marketing site with a renovation cost calculator and a "before / after / in progress" project showcase
- Client portal: renovation stage timeline, photo reports, downloadable documents (estimate, contract, design plan)
- Admin panel for the foreman — stage statuses, leads, client notifications
- Lead capture from the site with notifications
Result
The client gets renovation status at any moment without calling the foreman, and the company gets a presentable showcase for new leads.

The "Client Portal" area is only open to authorized clients — sign in with the demo account to see renovation status, stage photo reports, and documents.

Area and renovation type — a price range in seconds, no form or phone call. Answers the lead's main question before they ever submit anything.

An interactive slider on every project page — the proof of results people actually open a portfolio to see.
Client portal
Stage timeline, budget spent, estimate/contract/design plan for download, and site photo reports — everything that used to require a call to the foreman.
